Tradeshows are back in full swing and Deublin Company is enthusiastic to be a first time exhibitor at PackExpo in Las Vegas, NV this Sept 27-29. Slip rings and slip ring/union combos are an integral part of many packaging industry applications. The SR0120 is one such union/slip ring combo that might interest you.


The SR0120 is an electrical slip ring and rotary union combined unit. The slip ring transmits digital signals and AC or DC electrical power in the same unit. The slip ring can accomplish this without any loss of data integrity. Separate M12 electrical connections for the signal and power channels are mounted on the slip ring. The rotary union transmits compressed air and can be separated from the slip ring. The SR0120 is well suited for rotary table applications that incorporate motors, I/O devices, air sensing, and pneumatic clamping on the table. Mounting can be above or below the table or horizontally in other applications.

Below are some of the common types of Slip Ring that we carry.

1) Standard Type: Three (3) type of configuration available for Standard Slip Ring. Ex. Power, Signal, Combined Power & Signal
2) Through-Bore Type: Three (3) type of configuration available for Through-Bore Slip Ring. Ex. Power, Signal, Combined Power & Signal
3) Integrated Solutions: Four (4) type of configuration available for Integrated Solutions Slip Ring. Ex. Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Multiple Fluids, Special Purpose
4) Custom Made Configuration will be according to customer requirements.
