美国泰悉尔（中国）集团一年一度的核心分销商会议于2011年3月16日-3月18日在位于嘉定南翔的总部召开。
本次分销商会议除了邀请到40多名国内分销商之外，在亚太总部的支持下，还邀请到20多位亚太地区分销商共同参与，旨在构建一个充分沟通及广泛交流的平台。
泰悉尔大中国区总裁丁立先生为大家介绍了泰悉尔中国的发展现状，国际部总裁乔治.金肯斯先生就泰悉尔全球发展情况做了简单的说明。 会议期间，除了针对新研发的干式真空泵、罗茨风机及齿轮泵做了专题演讲和培训之外，公司还发布了一系列针对分销商的评估政策，希望通过更专业的管理及激励政策，使分销商建立起对泰悉尔更强的信心。另外，公司还为2010年有着良好业绩表现的国内分销商进行了荣誉表彰，希望在双方的共同努力下，能够在2011年创造更好的销售额。
公司特地在整个会议期间安排了VOC环节（voice of customer 倾听客户的声音），通过面对面沟通的形式，了解各位分销商的需求，以便在日后的工作中逐步改进和完善包括交货期、售后服务、市场推广、产品质量、内部管理等各个方面的问题。
