Bolted Closure Laboratory Batch Reactors

- 316SS & HASTELLOY? C-276 materials are standard; other corrosion resistant alloys are offered
- Maximum Pressure is 5,500 psi @ 650o F (379 bar @ 343oC)
- Metal-to-metal seals resists chemicals & extreme temperature
- Standard capacity range of 100 to 4,000 ml is used as a lab continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) or slurry reactor
- Sparging, charging, blowpipe, sampling & cooling coil process connections are ideal for most chemical reactor processes
- The MagneDrive? magnetic mixer used in the stirred reactor eliminates dynamic seals & assures trouble free mixing. It has a maximum speed of 3,300 rpm dependent on style of drive and customer process. |
